Groups & Sports Team
The Benvenue hotel specialises in hosting groups and sports teams visiting Timaru.
For sports teams we make the main conference room available as a team room for their duration of the visit at no charge and can arrange private dining. We also cater for specific dietary requirements.
Dedicated coach parking is available.
Special room rates, menus etc are by negotiation.
Conferences
The Benvenue is Timaru's preferred hotel for conferences due to its range of rooms, over 80 car parks, Harrys Bar and Brooklyn - the restaurant. Broadband internet access is available throughout the complex.
