We offer delectable catering options from our renowned restaurant, unlimited secure WiFi, 60 car parks and the most visible access in Timaru on SH1 opposite Caroline Bay. We customise catering and room layouts to suit your individual preferences.

Our Rooms

We have 4 rooms available for conferences or private events, each has a number of ways it can be configured, see our layout options for more details.

Main Room

The Main Room on the second level is the largest of our event rooms, allowing for the full variety of configurations. It is serviced directly from our kitchen, making it ideal for events requiring full menu catering or staff service - available all hours all days.

Dimensions: 8.1m (width) x 9.0m (length)

Boardroom

The Boardroom, just half a level up from Reception, is ideal for what its name suggests, but also for interviews, examinations, and small teaching groups. Immediately adjacent to our restaurant, it is very popular for private dining - available all hours.

Dimensions: 3.0m (width) x 6.0m (length)

Brooklyn

Half a level up from Reception. This is our medium-sized room, and like the Main Room, able to be configured in a variety of ways. It is, however, only available between 10.00 am until 5.00 pm.

Dimensions: 6.0m (width) x 8.5m (length)

Harry's

At level 1, Harry's is accessible both from Reception and directly off our 60-space car park. It is a more intimate room, but lends itself to configurations in several ways, and has its own bathroom. It is available until 4.30 pm.
